Is it easy to return/exchange items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. We offer FREE return shipping on EXCHANGES. However, we charge a small return label fee for returns ($10). Conditions apply. How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 business hours.

What items are eligible for return/exchange?

  • Available to Canada and US customers only.
  • Items purchased in the last 40 days.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with the hang tags attached and the tree code cannot have been registered.
  • If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at support@tentree.com and include an image of the damage.

What items are not eligible for return/exchange?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
